facing you? Negative perceptions from
stakeholders or staff? Often we don’t take care of our own needs and
careers. Having an independent,
experienced support person to discuss ideas and issues, review reports,
help with the politics, has been proven to be very empowering.
As people who have experienced many
issues facing staff at all levels, we provide non-threatening, objective,
support and ideas for staff at all levels.
This support can be in the form of a regular discussion, perhaps at
month end reporting time, or on an as need basis.
