Fairlie Milne - Director

Fairlie brings years of professional experience in commercial and residential property law to the room whenever she sits down with a client. Andrew Skinner - Director

Andrew has 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial work and has built a strong reputation for providing expert advice that is focussed on helping his clients succeed. Andrew combines his experience working in the commercial teams of national and international law firms with his extensive in-house business experience to provide pragmatic and business focussed advice.

Oscar Ward – Senior Associate

Oscar’s background in contracts, commercial matters and litigation gives him an edge when matters become contentious and you need a lawyer who can strategise, negotiate and successfully manage the Court process. He has worked on complex and challenging disputes throughout his career, which assists him in general practice.

Katee Yukich – Associate

Katee’s main areas of focus are wills, trusts and estates. With her previous experience in a Crown entity as well as the arts and culture sector, she enjoys helping clients find pragmatic solutions in her focus areas as well as commercial agreements, commercial leasing, employment law, land law and intellectual property.

Brooke Stevens – Staff Solicitor

Brooke joined Urlich Milne Lawyers as a law graduate and has steadily progressed her career to the present day, where she works closely with Fairlie and Janice on a range of commercial and property matters. 

Joy Golding – Executive Assistant

Joy joins us with many years of experience in the legal industry in administrative roles. She understands the key aspects of what makes a legal firm operate day to day, and brings these valuable skills with her to Urlich Milne Lawyers. 

Suzanne Potter – Personal Assistant/Client Engagement

Suzanne brings her people-focused skills to her customer-facing role, welcoming clients and putting everyone at ease.  Her professional manner and attention to detail ensures that every matter is handled with care and that office management runs smoothly.

India Paterson – Legal Assistant

Providing indispensable support in all things support and admin, India understands how important it is that the administration of every file is managed well.

Melanie Quintal – Accountant

Melanie is a Chartered Accountant who brings over a decade of accounting experience within the legal sector to her role. She is systems focused and efficient, and manages the Trust Account as well as key clients and general accounts within the Practice. Melanie is a valuable addition to the team.   

Linda Kendrick – Private Client Accountant

Linda is an Accountant with extensive commercial experience. Most recently her work experience has been with a Chartered Accountant's firm, offering business advisory services.

Linda’s primary role at Urlich Milne Lawyers is to provide support to our private clients.
